I think just ‘artifacts’ might work better in place of ‘the artifacts of love’.
‘the artifacts of love’ is a bit awkward to put a melody to. Also, that the ‘artifacts’ are ‘artifacts of love’ is implied through the rest of the song, so might be better just to leave it at ‘artifacts’ and let the reader/listener work it out. ‘artifacts’ would be a much more intriguing title.

It might also be improved by keeping to concrete artifacts, books, rings, ribbons, rather than secrets, feelings etc. or if you do use the latter, put the physical object first followed by the feeling or memory it evokes.
“the secrets we shared, the feelings we bared” is a bit vague, but the rest of the final verse “the ring you refused” has a strong emotional impact and a good rhythm.
Good imagery in verses 2 and 6. The others are ok, but the impact is not as strong.
